It’s nice and touching to discover you can tell the many different faces of Puglia in the unique culinary experience of Due Camini.

It’s the result of Chef Schingaro’s gourmet concept and preparations, of course, and of his careful use of selected ingredients from the Mediterranean Diet and Apulian tradition: the strictly seasonal fruits and vegetables, some which are directly grown in Borgo Egnazia’s fields, the extra-fresh seafood captured every day in the Adriatic sea, our world-famous extra virgin olive oil, the flours and handmade pasta varieties, the meat from our local “masserie” and the herbs from our vegetable garden and country.
Due Camini’s focus on the history and authenticity of our precious local products is also the foundation for our wine list curated by Wine Experience Manager Giuseppe Cupertino which features a special selection of Puglia’s best wine excellences, alongside the best international and Italian labels.
